Four-month engagement (August–November 2026)
Five structured sessions
Delivered as 90-minute or extended 2-hour sessions
Tailored to role and environment
The engagement is structured across a four-month period, allowing continuity in how situations, leadership responsibilities and challenges within the role are approached.
Rather than isolated conversations, the focus is on working through real situations within the environment as they arise, including leadership, staff management, communication, and the design and application of systems and processes.
Each session builds on context, progression and application.
This is relevant both for those preparing for leadership roles and the demands associated with them and for those currently operating within these positions and refining how they lead, manage and operate within their environment.
Fees
The engagement reflects the continuity, preparation and application across the full mentoring period.
